Michael teaches rep from Broadway shows and national tours, as well as original choreography in various styles, including theatre dance, jazz, tap and character-based movement. The goal of each class is expand the ability of every student in mastering the style of each combination, as well as honing the technique required to execute the movement.

He also specializes in "movement for actors", a curriculum designed for an actor who is intimidated in a typical dance class. This course teaches actors to embrace movement from the perspective of intention and thought.
